Louise Lopez

Ms. Lopez is a top-performing senior financial executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, executive level private and public company reporting, financial accounting, shareholder value optimization, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions and enterprise governance and compliance. Ms. Lopez has over 20 year of executive and C-Suite experience including a $1B international acquisition as well as profitable Private Equity backed company exit to a Fortune 166 technology company. Ms. Lopez meets the SEC definition of “financial expert”. The entity is Private Equity backed and growing 40% YOY. Ms. Lopez leads a global team of 50 in the Finance, IT and Business Operations functions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team Ms. Lopez shares accountability for the go to market strategy. Ms. Lopez most recently served as the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at CDW Technologies (CDW). During her tenure, she managed the annual financial plan as well as quarterly outlook of the entire enterprise ($26 billion in total net sales) at both the consolidated and segment levels. Prior to CDW, Ms. Lopez acted as Focal Point’s Chief Financial Officer, where she supported and enhanced the firm’s vision as well as long-term planning and transformation. Ms. Lopez also helped lead the due diligence efforts with partners both inside and outside business to complete the company’s ultimate sale to CDW. Ms. Lopez’s other work history also includes a role as Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting for MGT of America Consulting, where she fostered leadership and board-level reporting and promoted investor relations with shareholders, debt holders, and banking institutions. Prior to that Ms. Lopez held executive leadership positions during her ten year career with PwC and Florida Progress (now Duke Energy) Ms. Lopez earned a degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and her Masters in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Ms. Lopez is also a CPA. Ms. Lopez has helped advise and partner with an array of leading Fortune 100 companies across several diverse industries. She has been a trustee of the Emmaus Foundation since 2024.
