Gifts of Property

The Catholic Foundation can accept gifts of personal property, and for some donors, this may provide the best benefits. Properties donated in the past have included individual residences, commercial or income property, and undeveloped land. It is important to note that all donations of property must be evaluated through the Real Estate Office of the Diocese of St. Petersburg prior to acceptance.

Donors are advised to consult their financial advisors prior to initiating a transfer of real property.
